A little about me...
My name is Caroline and I started this project 9 years ago. After working as a Admission Counselor at Knox College  for several years, I returned to school to complete masters' degrees in Public Administration and International Relations at the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. I currently am a Project Coordinator for an economic development research project with Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana. I'm also interested in advocacy and research in the gender, sexuality and development field.

My passion for and commitment to this resource guide stems from the opportunities that were provided to me several years ago. As an undergraduate, I was blessed to participate in two amazing summer programs, the Fogarty International MIRT Program in HIV/AIDS Research in Trinidad & Tobago and the Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) program at the University of Michigan. When not working and creating projects like this guide, I keep busy with exploring new places, cooking, baking, reading, watching movies as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
